He serves as the President and Director for Business Development of Mavericks in Education, an educational institution that is dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, out-of-the-box, innovative educational solutions to cater to the needs of students who are at risk of and have already dropped out of high school. These solutions give the students the coursework necessary for them to earn a state-recognized high school diploma, as well as real-life counseling and support that can help them stay motivated to stay in school.

Frank Biden, brother of U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, is the President and Director of Business Development for Mavericks in Education, an educational institution that caters to the special needs of students who are at risk of, or have already dropped out of high school.
